About Strivacity

Strivacity helps organizations streamline and secure customer identity experiences. Our CIAM platform empowers companies to launch fast, scale securely, and deliver frictionless digital journeys. As we grow, enabling our partners with the technical tools and knowledge they need to be successful is critical. If you’re passionate about helping others understand and deliver technical value—especially in a partner-led model—this could be the role for you.

Role Overview

As the Director of Technical Enablement, your primary focus will be on building and delivering enablement programs that empower Strivacity’s partners—including systems integrators, resellers, and technology partners—to confidently sell, implement, and support our platform. You’ll also support internal field teams (Sales, Solutions Engineers, and Customer Success) by providing technical enablement materials, training, and tools that improve performance and consistency. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role where you’ll create scalable content and play a central role in driving partner and field readiness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver technical enablement programs for partners, including onboarding curricula, implementation guides, demo environments, and certification content.
  • Develop and maintain partner-facing technical collateral such as solution briefs, integration walkthroughs, architecture diagrams, and FAQs.
  • Lead live and recorded enablement sessions for partners, including workshops, bootcamps, and technical deep dives.
  • Create and maintain internal enablement resources—demo guides, talk tracks, competitive battlecards, technical one-pagers—for use by Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success teams.
  • Manage and evolve technical training materials aligned with new product releases, customer use cases, and partner delivery models.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Partner teams to ensure enablement content is timely, accurate, and aligned with go-to-market strategies.
  • Track partner enablement progress and certification metrics; gather feedback to continuously improve materials and delivery formats.

Required Skills & Capabilities

  • Strong communicator able to tailor technical messaging to both internal field roles and external partner audiences.
  • Proven ability to simplify complex technical concepts into digestible, practical materials and training.
  • Experience working with or supporting partner ecosystems (VARs, GSIs, MSPs, tech partners) in a technical enablement or pre-sales role.
  • Skilled at creating a range of enablement assets, including slide decks, product walkthroughs, recorded demos, solution guides, and LMS-based modules.
  • Highly organized and self-motivated with strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable delivering live training to diverse audiences, including engineers, architects, and partner sales teams.

Experience Requirements

  • 5+ years in a technical enablement, sales engineering, partner engineering, or technical training role within a SaaS company.
  • 2+ years supporting or enabling external partners from a technical standpoint.
  • Working knowledge of customer identity and access management (CIAM), IAM, or related cybersecurity disciplines is a strong advantage.
  • Experience using or managing enablement and collaboration tools (e.g., LMS platforms, Highspot, Confluence, demo environments).
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
