Webflow Developer & Web Ops Specialist (HubSpot + GTM + UI/UX)

We are looking for a versatile Webflow Developer who can also manage website design updates, on-demand UI/UX work, and marketing platform integrations. If you have hands-on experience with HubSpot, Google Tag Manager, SEO, GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), and front-end development, you will thrive in this role.

What You’ll Do:

• Build and maintain our Webflow site from landing pages to CMS collections and interactive components
  
• Own website updates end to end including copy edits, bug fixes, design tweaks, and hotfixes
  
• Design and implement new page layouts based on marketing goals and user experience best practices
  
• Create and manage HubSpot integrations including form embeds, CSS styling, embedded modules, and integration management
  
• Implement and maintain Google Tag Manager tags including events, pixels, GDPR-compliant consent settings,and campaign tracking
  
• Optimize for SEO including technical, on-page, and performance improvements. Key focus on traditional SEO but also LLM SEO (GEO)
  
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and design agencies to keep the site fast, effective, and aligned with brand goals
  
• Troubleshoot issues quickly and support web-related requests across the team
  
  

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of experience building in Webflow, including CMS, interactions, and responsive design
  
• Proficiency with HubSpot CMS, forms, workflows, and embedded tracking
  
• Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager, event tracking, GDPR consent management, and basic analytics setup
  
• Strong design sense and experience with UI/UX and graphic design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
  
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript
  
• Familiarity with SEO optimization techniques and performance testing tools
  
• Ability to juggle priorities, move quickly, and iterate fast based on feedback
