We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to work closely with our R&D teams to define, refine, and execute the technical and product requirements for the Strivacity product. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about identity and access management, enjoys working with engineers, and can translate business needs into technical solutions.

What you’ll do as a Technical Product Manager

  • Develop deep expertise in our CIAM product capabilities, architecture, and technical boundaries.
  • Engage directly with customers and stakeholders to understand business needs, gather requirements, and effectively communicate feature expectations.
  • Lead technical discovery and feasibility assessments across CIAM functionalities, including authentication, authorization, onboarding, identity verification, fraud prevention, and user management.
  • Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications, user stories, and clear acceptance criteria.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer within the R&D team, aligning product development with user needs and business objectives.
  • Collaborate actively with developers, UX/UI designers, and technical writers to deliver features efficiently.
  • Oversee technical documentation related to APIs, SDKs, and Lifecycle Event Hooks.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies in identity management and security standards such as OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, and FIDO2.
  • Work closely with DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) teams to enhance product scalability, performance, and reliability.
  • Influence and collaborate on strategic roadmap planning with product leadership, aligning CIAM features to long-term business and customer goals.

What you should bring with you

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Strong Technical Foundation: Extensive experience in software development, APIs, security, or identity management (engineering, solutions architecture, or technical product management).
  • Proven Product Management Experience: Minimum of 5 years in technical product management, program management, or related roles.
  • API-First Approach: Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, SDKs, and developer interactions with identity solutions.
  • Agile Expertise: Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and tools such as Jira, Confluence, GitHub.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to leverage data-driven decision-making, effectively addressing engineering challenges.
  • Excellent Communication: Strong ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.
  • English Fluency: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Having these is a definite plus:

  • Familiarity with identity and security protocols (OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, FIDO2, SCIM).
  • Hands-on experience with CIAM platforms or IAM solutions (e.g., Okta, Auth0, ForgeRock, Ping Identity, Microsoft Entra ID).
  • Experience in cloud-native environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Kubernetes.
  • Knowledge of Zero Trust principles, CI/CD, adaptive authentication, or fraud detection technologies.
  • Developer relations experience, ensuring developer-friendly identity solutions.
  • Background working in R&D-focused or cross-border teams.
